     "Isis, I wanted to take a moment to email you and let you know what an awesome difference you made at our campus this year. You started late in the year and made such a big impact in a short period of time. After our Mock STAAR data came back for social studies we knew that we had to do something different. You jumped in and took the lead in creating a high impact intervention plan which included three weeks of aligned and engaging activities to prepare students for the STAAR test. Not only did you do this but you trained Ms. Viernes and me on the social studies TEKS and what is expected on the Social Studies STAAR. You not only made the teachers more effective in their instruction but you also created a social studies teacher out of Ms. Viernes and me. You spent many hours not only creating the plan but also being hands-on in implementing the plan and coaching teachers throughout the process. You attended PLCs and coached the teachers in and outside of the classroom. You make a difference on this campus and I really appreciate all that you did for our teachers and our students."
