Training Paraprofessionals on how to use Twitter as a tool to grow their Professional Learning Network.
The participants were very excited about the opportunity to learn how to utilize Social Media as a professional tool. Liz and I were able to share how we use our Twitter accounts to learn from other professionals.
The session provided not only an opportunity of growth for the district professionals to develop a stronger professional community, but also an opportunity for me to collaborate with my Organizational Learning team members and develop comradery and leadership within my new position.
